To Santiago (Leg 2)

We’re now in Santiago, Chile!

Already experienced a few new foods:

Empanada de Pino - beef, boiled egg, olives, seasoning

Huesillos - sweet tea with peaches and wheat

The BEST fried corn kernels ever! Crunchy but not hard, tasty, and about 3x the size of corn kernels I am used to. These were the appetizer from a Peruvian restaurant.
